This policy applies to all ads hosted on Sublime Ads, including ad copy, sponsor names, destination URLs, landing pages, and any claims or representations made in connection with an ad.
Financial Ads Are Not Allowed
Sublime Ads does not allow all financial advertising of any kind. This includes payday loans, lending, credit, debt relief, investment products, crypto, insurance, banking, trading, and similar financial services, offers, or solicitations.
Illegal Content
Ads may not promote illegal products, illegal services, unlawful activity, or content that violates applicable law.
Harmful Content
Ads may not promote, threaten, instruct, facilitate, or materially enable harm to others.
Deceptive Or Fraudulent Content
Ads may not contain misleading, dishonest, manipulative, or scam-like claims, offers, or calls to action.
Misrepresentation And Unauthorised Association
Ads may not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, partnership with, or sponsorship from another company, brand, or person without their knowledge and permission. Ads also may not misuse names, trademarks, or identities in a misleading way.
Enforcement
We may reject, remove, pause, or disable ads that violate this policy. We may also suspend, lock, terminate, or report accounts when we believe it is necessary to protect customers, the public, or the service.
